Privacy Policy.
This policy explains how Entire (“Entire”, “we”, “us”) handles information you share with us through entire.company. Entire is a venture-building ecosystem that includes entire.company, entire.business and entire.agency. If you have any questions, write to contact@entire.company.
What we collect
When you use “Let’s get started”, your answers are first used, on your own screen, to show you a personalised recommendation. Nothing is sent to us at that point. Only if you choose Inquire Now and send the form do we receive your answers, which may include:
- your name, email address, WhatsApp number (optional) and country;
- your preferred way to be contacted and any message you add;
- details about your business or your founder profile, such as business name, industry, website, team size, stage, the challenges you described, what you’ve tried, budget range and timeline;
- the recommendation you were shown, so our team understands what you’ve already seen;
- your consent to be contacted, and the date and time you submitted the form.
When you use “Send us a mail”, the site simply opens your own email app addressed to us. We don’t receive anything until you send that email yourself.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes basic request data (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit) to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions and prevent spam.
Unfinished inquiries. If you leave the questionnaire before sending it, your answers so far are saved only in your own browser (local storage), so you can pick up where you left off. They never leave your device until you send them, are removed as soon as you send or discard them, and are ignored after seven days.
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don’t track you across other websites.
How we use it
- to review your inquiry and get back to you in the way you prefer;
- to route your inquiry to the right part of the Entire ecosystem (entire.company, entire.business or entire.agency);
- to keep a record of the conversation and of your consent;
- to protect the site against abuse and spam.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Your inquiry is available to the Entire team handling it, including people working for entire.business and entire.agency where relevant. We use trusted service providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting) and Google Cloud / Firebase (secure storage of inquiries). They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you’ve shared, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by emailing contact@entire.company. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws; we’ll respond to requests in line with the law that applies.
Security
Inquiries are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a secured database that can’t be read from the website. Access is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
